Tutti Fruity Cookies - Suman Bhat
1cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 sugar
1/3 cup tutti fruity ( ready from stores)
1 tbsp broken cashenuts
1tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt.
1/4 cup milk to mix into batter.
Preheat oven 180 degrees
In a bowl beat butter sugar until light
Add vanilla butter salt flour nuts and tutti fruity and make soft dough.Add more milk only if required. Make dough into round shape roll and cover wilt cling and keep in fridge for 1 hour ...best over night to firm.Once firm cut into rounds with sharp knife or shape with cookie cutter into any shapes of ur choice. Place in baking tray for 15-20 mins. Dont let the cookie brown much it has to be white and crisp .Recipe credits to poornima porchelvan my friend and blog owner.
