Tom Yum Clear Soup

Tom Yum Clear soup - Anagha KulkarniRecipe- Take 3/4 cups fish stock. Can make in ordinary water, but it tastes nice in a stock. Add lemon grass( tie 3/4 chunks together), 3/4 kaffir lime leaves, 1 inch galangal or ginger-grated, a small bunch of coriander leaves, 3/4 red chillies, 2 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp sugar, salt, fish sauce. Add deveined shrimps. Boil it until the shrimps cook. Now remove lemon grass, chillies & coriander. Serve hot.
