Tendle Kismuri - Priya R Shenoy
Apply salt to finely chopped tendles (in roundels) ( Ivy gourds ).....keep it for half an hour....later squeeze them nicely n fry them till crisp n brown in some oil.... now grind coconut + fried red chillies +coriander seeds + lil tamarind a bit coarsely without adding water...when the tendles r almost brown n crisp add this ground mix to them..keep the flame low.... stir it nicely till everything is nicely done ..say for 4 to 5 minutes
turn off..and add a chopped raw onion to it..
