Kodabale

Rema Srinivas Kamath  -  Kodabale

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup rice flour
3-4 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying 

Take the rice flour in a bowl and add salt and butter and mix well with hands.
Add water and knead it into a smooth pilable dough.
Pinch small ball from the dough and rub it in between your palms to resemble a wick.
Join both the ends by folding and press the top portion .
Arrange them in a plate or aluminium foil as shown above .
Heat oil and deep fry few at a time keeping the flame on low and stirring in
between once or twice so that it is fried equally on all sides.
 Cool and store in airtight container and enjoy with tea or coffee.
