Sweet Corn Uttapam

Sweet Corn Uttapam - Ananya Ashwin Pai

Recipe:Take1cup of urad dal, 4&1/2cup white rice, few methi seeds, 1 cup beaten rice. grind this well adding required water,salt and keep it for fermentation overinght. put a ladle full of batter on hot tawa and then put some chopped onions, some sweet corns,fine chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. spread some oil over it. flip it up carefully and roast the other side on medium flame. your sweet corn uttapam is ready and serve it hot with chutney of your choice.
