Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls - Anagha Kulkarni‎
Make chapatis with wheat atta. Prepare bhaji chinese style with Cabbage, Colored capsicums, Carrots, Spring Onions or with vegetables you like. Let it cool. Take one chapati, add the prepared bhaji, seal the edges with wet atta, fold it like a roll & deep fry. Cut the roll with sharp knife. Serve with Schezuan Sauce.
