Spiced Butter Milk

Spiced Butter Milk - Kiranmayi Kamath‎Grind together a green chilli, little tender curry leaves with salt.Add it to buttermilk.Rest for 1 hour till the flavours are drawn into buttermilk.You can strain the buttermilk and serve it chilled.I have not strained the buttermilk here. It makes a super cool drink for the summer.You may increase the quantity of chillies according to the hotness you like
