Recipe:

Cut magge ( Madras Cucumber - orange in colour) & cook with water...half way put salt tamarind pulp n jaggery ...don't cook in cooker

Grate coconut ....keep aside... fry little coriander..zeera..2 methi seeds...Urad dal .n red chilli. As per ur taste..grind fine paste..
Add to cooked magge boil....sasam n karibevu phann done. ..yumm
