Rajma Tikkis - Nandini Kini
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup soaked and boiled rajma (red kidney beans)
1 finely chopped onion
2 bread slices
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
PROCEDURE:
Make a little coarse paste of rajma(dont add water)
Add the remaining ingredients except oil
Mix well and devide into equal portions and make balls
Flatten each ball and shape into tikkis,roll them in bread crumbs and shallow fry
Serve hot with ketchup
