Raw Mango Chutney - Rajashree Acharya Kamat
Recipe:
Remove the outer peel of the raw mangoes & cut it into very small pieces. Apply salt to this & keep for 15 min. In a small ladle, heat 1tsp. oil & add Hing to it, Heat for a few sec.Grind a masala using grated coconut,green chillies, the above hing with a li'l water.Add crushed jaggery & grind for a few sec. Add this to the mango pieces& mix. Check for salt. Make a tempering of mustard seeds, hing & curry leaves in oil & pour over it. It,s ready to serve.
