Raw/ Green Mango and Onion Chutney - Namita Tickare
What do we need:-
1 medium Raw/green mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
1 small Onion, grated
2-3 Green chillies, chopped
2-3 tsp Pomegranate seeds (anardana)
2 tsp Lemon juice (optional)
¼ tsp Black salt (kala namak)
Salt to taste
½ tsp Sugar
How do we do it:-
1 In a mixer grinder/ blender add in the chopped raw mangoes, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, black salt, salt, sugar and blend till smooth.
2 Adjust the consistency by adding water if required.
3 Squeeze the excess juice from the grated onion.
4 Add the grated onion to the chutney.
5 Mix well and serve.
6 It can stay well for 2-3 days in a refrigerator.
