Ragi Water - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:
1 cup Ragi
1cup jaggery grated or according to taste
1/4 cardamom pd.
about 4 cups of water or little more
METHOD
Wash n Grind the Ragi in mixer with little water
Half way add grated jaggery .
Add enuf water and mix well.
Pass this thru a strainer to discard the ragi peels and jaggery impurities.
Add enuf water to make it to a malt consistency.
Add cardamom pd and stir well.
Tastes good when served chilled.
