Rajachi Methi Kothambari Gashi

Rajachi Methi Kothambari Gashi - Anita Pai
Recipe:

Fry 10-12 seeds methi (fenugreek seeds) n 1.5 tsp kothambari (coriander seeds) in hot oil n grind it along with regular masala of grated coconut, roasted red chillies n tamarind. In a vessel add the ground masala n fish pcs n give it a good boil. Cover &
 cook till fish is done. Add few drops of coconut oil & serve hot with ukde sheath( boiled rice)
