Prawns Malwani - Jyoti Nayak KamathUsed ready made malwani masala.
Clean and devein prawns,apply ginger garlic paste and salt and marinate for 2-3 hours,,fry 2-3 onions in oil nicely,you can either add chopped tomatoes or yoghurt for gravy I used yoghurt.afterfrying onions,add chilly powder,haldi powder and mix well.add the malwani masala and mix,then add the beaten yoghurt and finally add the prawns and cook on a small gas ,garnish with coriander leaves.
