Prawn Manchurian

Prawn Manchurian - Laxmi Bhandary

Prawns - 15-20 (big) cleaned
Batter ingredients:
Maida 3 tbsps, corn flour 2 tbsps, chilli powder 1 tsp, finely chopped garlic 1 tsp and salt to taste.

Method: 
Make a batter from above ingredients. Batter should be thick. Dip the prawns and deep fry them.

Sauce ingredients: 
1 large chopped onion, finely chopped garlic 2 tsps, finely chopped green chillies 2 tsps, soya sauce 1 tbsp, tomato ketch up 2 tbsps and coriander leaves for garnishing.
In a pan put some oil, and add onions and fry for a while.Then add garlic and green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add prawns,soya sauce, tomato ketch up and mix well. Switch off the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves.
