Plain Dosa

Plain Dosa - Laxmi Bhandary


Ingredients: 

1 pav black gram dal, 2 pav raw rice, oil for roasting & salt


Method:

Soak black gram dal along with raw rice in water for 3 to 4 hours. Wash grind to a fine paste. Add salt. Keep aside under cover overnight. Next day prepare dosas roasting on both sides.
