Potato Song

Potato Song - Seema Mallya
Ingredients:
2 Small potatoes cubed
3 large onions cubed
3-4tbs coconut oil
1tbs tamarind extract
10 long red chilly
2-3 small red chilly
2tbs coconut grated
Salt

Method:
* Pressure cook the potatoes, peel & cut them into medium sized cubes and keep it aside
* Now prepare the masala using red chilly grind with tamarind to a smooth paste
* In a pan put coconut oil add onian cubes fry them in a medium flame & saute them till it turns brown.
* Now add grinded masala, salt & saute them 5-6min. If required little water can be added.
* Finally add potato cubes, grated coconut & boil for another 5min. You will see the gravy thicking slightly.
* Garnish with coriyander leaves & serve hot with Daal Rice.
