Potato Scotch Egg

Potato Scotch Egg - Nandini Kini

INGREDIENTS:

2 boiled eggs
2 boiled potatoes
3 tsp corn flour
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

PROCEDURE:

Mash the potatoes and mix with salt,garam masala,chilli powder,cornflour 
Remove the shell of boiled eggs and apply little salt over it and keep aside
Devide potato mixture into 2 portions, flatten it little and keep the boiled egg.
Cover the whole egg with the potato mixture evenly.
Roll it in bread crumbs and press tightly
Deep fry on a medium flame into brown and crisp.
Serve hot with ketchup.
