Pomfret Masala Fry

Pomfret Masala Fry - Seema Mallya



Ingredients:
2 Pomfret fish clean & keep 1tbs coconut oil 1/2tbs coconut oil for masala.. 1/2tbs ginger garlic paste 1/4tbs coriander powder 1/2 lemon juice 1tbs chilly powder 1/4tbs chana flour Pinch hing Salt
Method: Cut & clean the Pomfret fish very throughly. Make slits with the knife on both the sides of the fish. Now prepare the masala using all above said ingredients. Apply this masala inside the cavity of the fish & also in every slits on both the sides of the fish & refrigerate for 2hrs. Now take pan apply 2 tbs any oil spread the fish on it. Keep it on medium flame. After 2 min turn the fish when one side is properly fried turn it and now fry other side also. Serve with onion rings..
