Dahiwada

Dahiwada - Nutan Shenoy-Kini‎

Take a couple of jeera butter. Soak them slightly in water just enough to make them slightly damp. In a blender mix together thick dahi n castor sugar, as per desired sweetness. Pour this mixture on the damp jeera butters. Never vice versa. Or else the jeera butters will soak in all the curd and make it gooey. Now sprinkle it with chilly pwd n dry- roasted jeera pwd .Jhatpat dahiwada is ready
