Bhrela Karela - Dipali Patel
Recipe:
Take karela wash bt dont pl skin , cut it in round peeses. u can make 3 cuts from one karela , then cut that ps in one side and scoop out seeds, nw in presser cooker tk sm water n boil it then put one stand in water and karela in one bowl . cover it n 2 vishel on full flam. then after remoov karela on towel , let it be cool. NOW 4 stuffing : Rosted pinut powder , chili pdr , turmaric pdr, suger pdr, aamchur pdr, fennel pdr, gineger-garlic-green chili past 1 tbl spoon. 1 tbl sp cooking oil ...salt per test . mix all well . stuff in 2 cuted-steemed karela n ltl bit press with yr hand , no need to rall with thread . NOW 4 tadaka : when u want 2 serve,, hit some cooking oil in pan and then .. rai jira hing , thn add bharela karela , hot it for 5 minits with carefully sturing .... u can add some more dry stuffing over karela if u want.
