Pesarat (Green gram) Dosa


Pesarat (Green gram) dosa  - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 

1 and 1/2 cup green gram dal, 1/2 cup raw rice, 4 - 5 green chillies, a small piece ginger,  salt to taste and oil for roasting.

Method:  

Soak dal and rice in water for 6 to 7 hours. Then grind with green chillies, ginger and salt to a fine paste. No need of fermentation. Make dosas, roast with both sides. Serve pesarat dosas,when hot with chutney.
