Mita Ghalele Saala Sanapolo - Anuradha Prabhu
Method:
Soak 1cup of rice for 2-3 hrs, drain & grind it with 5-6 (or more if u want it more spicy) red chillies, 1/2tsp of asafoetida, 3/4 cup of saal( wash it well in water to remove excess salt) to a smooth paste. Add water to get a batter of dosa consistency. Spread on a welloiled tava, cover,flip & cook on the other side till done. Serve hot. I have not added salt as saal already contains excess salt.
