Method:
For half cup fermented urid daal batter..add 4 tbsp each of Wheat four + Ragi flour + Kuuve peet ( Arrowroot ) + Chiroti rawa + 1 tsp sugar n salt as per taste.. mix the batter n prepare the dosas.. as thin as possible till crispy or for softer version can spread evenly for a thicker diameter...
Diabetic ones can pls. excuse themselves from adding sugar to the batter.
