Paneer Papad Rolls


Paneer Papad Rolls - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients: 

Papad 8, oil 1 tbsp, chopped ginger 1 inch piece, green chillies 2 chopped, paneer cube 250 gms, salt to taste, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, chat masala powder 1 tsp, few fresh mint leaves chopped, few coriander leaves chopped, fresh mint leaves few for garnishing.

Method: 

Heat the oil in a non stick pan, add the chopped ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add green chillies and continue to saute. Add the paneer, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, mint and coriander leaves and mix gently and switch off the heat. Halve the papads. Heat a grill pan and roast the papad, pressing them slightly so that they get grill lines on them. Shape them immediately in to a cone. Place the papad cones in small glasses. Fill the cones with paneer stuffing and serve immedietly. Garnish with a mint leaf on each.
