Oats,Sooji and Mixed Veggies Dosa

Oats, Sooji and Mixed Veggies Dosa - Kiranmayi Kamath‎1 measure - Quaker oats
1/2 measure upma sooji
1/4 measure - ragi flour
2 tablespoon - besan
1 measure - finely chopped capsicum
1 big onion - chopped fine
1/2 measure finely chopped,curry leaves, coriander leaves.
1/2 " ginger - grated
chillies n salt to taste
1 measure curds
(1/2 measure grated carrot - i did not add it here)

Mix all the ingredients together with curds and adjust it to dosa batter consistency by adding water if required. Rest it for 15 minutes.Make dosas like you normally do.Pamper yourself with dollops of ghee on the dosa. enjoy. It is a very healthy power packed breakfast which everyone relishes.
