Oats and Moong dal Tikkis

Recipe: cook 1 cup yellow moongdal till soft n firm. Drain and let it cool a bit. Then mash them lightly and add 1 cup oats ( soak in water to make it lil soft just like u do for beaten rice) then add salt, chilly pwd to taste, 2 green chillies, garam masala pwd, grated ginger 1tsp, lime jc 1 tsp n dhania leaves. Mix well to form a dough n make Tikkis n shallow fry till light golden . Serve with chutney or ketchup.
