Nivole

Nivole - Vidya Pai
Recipe:
1 1/2 spoon ajwain
2 bedgi or kashmiri chilli
12 to 15 peppercorn
1spoon jeera
2 spoon coriander
1/2 grated coconut
1 medium onion sliced3 garlic seedoil for seasoning salt tamarind small chana size
method: heat a pan dry roastall ingredients 1by1accept onion n tamarindpowder all add coconut medium onion garlic tamarind n griend to paste take a pan heat oil fry ground paste add sufficient water simmer fry 1/2 onion till brown ans season NIVOLE is DONE
