Recipe
2 cups Dosa rice
1/2 cup coconut gratings
Salt
Grind into a smooth paste after soak for 7-8 hours
The batter should be a thin consistency
On a hot saucepan, a Dosa ladleful can be used, the batter is poured on a hot saucepan, with the pan free of oil but after polo is prepared, add a drizzle of oil at the edge, leaving a crisp polos called "Neer Dosa" !
It is tasty with homemade butter or jaggery syrup or chutney powder !
