Mushroom Ghee Roast


Mushroom Ghee Roast - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients:

Mushroom 1/4 kg, Kumte chillies (long size) 15 to 20, Garlic flakes 5 - 6, Tamarind (marble size), ghee 4 to 5 tbsps & salt to taste.

Method:
Kumte chillies, put in to hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. Then grind along with garlic flakes, tamarind & salt in to a fine paste. In a pan put 4 to 5 tbsps of ghee, add ground masalas & fry till its raw smell goes out. Then add mushroom and cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a low flame cover with lid. When it is cooked switch off d flame (no need of adding water).
