Masala Aloo - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Recipe:
Method : To little oil add jeera,coarsely crushed roasted coriander seeds,curry leaves salt little amchur, little crushed fennel[saunf]red chilli powder, haldi powder,and garam masala powder . Fry for a min on low flame taking care not to burn the masala.Also add a pinch of sugar. Add boiled and cut potatoes and stir well with little water to ensure that the masala coats the aloo. dry roast tsp of white sesame seeds and use it to garnish the dish.
