Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney - Nutan Shenoy-Kini


Recipe:

Grind to a paste chopped raw mangoes 2 medium size (depending on sourness), one whole coconut (grated), 6-8 cloves of China garlic or 10 of Indian variety, green chillies (spicy variety 12) and salt as desired. Grind slightly coarsely without adding water. Can be had with phulkas or a meal as a side dish.
