Loose Chilly Prawns

Loose Chilly Prawns - Shruthi Pai‎

Ingredients 
Curry leaves - 2springs 
Prawns -500gms 
Coriander leaves - 1bunch chopped
Green chillies -3 nos.
Chilly powder - 2tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Oil
Salt to taste
Corn starch - 1tbsp
All purpose flour - 1tbsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Crushed pepper - 1tsp

Take a bowl add prawns, salt, chilly powder, Soya sauce, mix it and add all purpose flour, corn starch, sprinkle water and mix this. In a blender add chopped Ginger & garlic, green chilly, curry leaves, crush pepper, chopped coriander, sugar, salt, make a coarse paste. Heat oil in a pan deep fry the prawns. Heat oil in another pan add made coarse paste cook it till moisture is evaporated, and add fried prawns, toss it.
