Bread With Oats And Raisins - Jyoti Nayak Kamath


 2 cups whole wheat flour,1 cup plain flour,2 tablespoon dry yeast,3 tablespoon honey,1 teaspoon of salt,1 cup warm water,3 teaspoon of olive oil,raisins and oats.sieve the two flours along with salt.in 4 tablespoon of warm water,milk to brush the loaf 
Dissolve the yeast and honey and keep it for 10 mins.mix it in the sieved flours and make a soft dough with the remaining warm water.add oil and knead well.keep it in a warm place for an hour.after that knead to remove all air form the dough and add the raisins and the oats and mix well.place it in a well dusted loaf tray and brush it with milk ,for another 30 mins.bake it at 190 degrees centigrade for 20 mins till the crust is nice and brown.cut the bread when it is fully cool.
