Recipe:
heat oil n temper mustard ,curry leaves n finely chopped red chillies ( u can replace vtth crushed chilli powder tooo )..... now add finely chopped onion ( 1 medium sized ) and crushed garlic pods ( 5 to 8 .....saute till dey turn transparant....now add d kooka....n salt...add water if reqd...keep n low flame..cook till all d wtaer s nicely absorbed.
