Anda Lal Masala

Anda Lal Masala - Shraddha Ashwin Prabhu

Method-
Peel and cut the hard boiled egg into halves.heat oil in a pan n fry curry leaves followed by ginger garlic paste n red chilly paste.add salt to taste ,optional kasoori methi,all the powders and tamarind extract.fry well till raw smell disappear n oil leaves the side.sprinkle little water to keep the masala thick but moist.finally arrenge the egg halves with cut side up n cover with the masala. garnish with coriander leaves.
