APPOS STUFFED WITH DESKINNED AVAREKALU + CHOPPED ONIONS+ GREEN CHILLIES AND DILL LEAVES - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:
1 cup urid dal n 2 cups rice ( 1/2 cup idli ( salem ) rice + 1/2 cup white rice ) soak separately n grind to a fine batter after fermenting add chopped green chillies, chopped onions, coriander leaves salt n a pinch of sugar... otherwise if u want a sweet one add jaggery n salt according to your taste.
