Kokum Juice

Kokum Juice - Shruthi Pai‎Ingredients

1/2 CUP kokum concentrate
Handful of jaggery
Pinch of salt
3 finely chopped chillies
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Curry leaves -4-5
Oil

Mix in the jaggery well..till it dissolves completely. Add 4 cups of water. Then tadka of oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves..
Garnish with coriander leaves.

U can strain the whole kadi after the tadka.
This way u get the flavor of chillies and mustard
