Katta Meeta Bengan - Megi Nayak‎


Ingredients:- Small brinjal, grated coconut, roasted peanuts, mustard seeds , coriander seeds, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp, chilli powder, garam masala, grated jaggery, water coriander leaves, salt to taste 

Seasoning:- oil ,hing ,mustard, turmeric
 powder

Fry all above ingredients nd make a powder , cut brinjal staff it 
Take kadayi add oil give seasoning next add staffed brinjal add tamarind pulp nd jaggery nd water nd salt
