KABULICHANA MASALA


KABULICHANA MASALA - Vidya Nayak Shenoy




Soak kabulchana overnight n boil it.. add salt and simmer again..

grind poppyseeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, cloves, cinnamon, coconut, coriander and mint leaves to a fine paste

Heat oil n add jeera.. when it splutters add chopped onions and fry.. add chopped tomatoes n mash them while frying.. add the ground masala n take care not to burn them.. finally add the chana.. check for water n salt .. bring to boil.. done.
