CHANA PINDI

CHANA PINDI - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Recipe:
Soak chana overnight.. n pressure cook with salt and tea bag.. when done discard the tea bag..
Dry roast anardhana, coriander seeds, turmeric pd , red chilli pd, and amchur pd.. This is chana masala..
Heat ghee add cumin seeds.. when it splutters add chopped onions n saute.. Add ginger + garlic paste, Red chilli pd, turmeric pd, cumin and coriander pd n saute again.. add the cooked chana n mix..
Heat 1 tbsp ghee .. add cumin seeds n chopped tomatoes. mash it with ladle.. add slit green chillies n fry.. add 2 tsp water n let it cook for sometime.. now add this to the chana mix .... lastly add the chana masala and little garam masala.. check the salt.. cook for 5 more mins.
