Gobhi Bhurji - Rajashree Acharya Kamat
Recipe:
Seperate the Cauliflower florets & clean them properly. Grate the Cauliflower. Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 pinch asafoetida,2tsp.cumin seeds,1tsp.turmeric,2green chillies finely chopped & 1tsp. chopped ginger.Fry them.Add 2 tsp. coriander powder,3 chopped tomatoes & 1/2 tsp. red chilly powder. Cover & cook to soften the tomatoes. Then add 1/2 cup peas & salt as per taste.Cover & cook. Add the grated cauliflower & mix properly. Add a li'l water & again cover & cook for 4-5 min. so that all the veg. are properly mixed & cooked.Finally add 1/2 tsp. garam masala & chopped coriander leaves & give it a stir.
