Ghosalya Sheera Gojju


Ghosalya Sheera Gojju -  Anuradha Mudalagiri Kamath‎



Method:
Boil Ridge Gourd Peel along with salt.When it cools down..add coconut,little red
chillies.tamarind and 8-10 garlic cloves,grind it to a fine paste.ridge gourd peel(Gosalya Sheera)gojju is ready to serve.
