Egg Phanna Upkari

Egg Phanna Upkari - Nutan Shenoy-Kini‎Chop ginger finely. Chop 6-8 onions finely. Grind a lemon sized tamarind ball to a paste. Now in a degchi add oil. Saute onions till they are light brown. Now add chopped ginger and saute well till aroma spreads. Now add red chilly pwd tikhalal turmeric pwd n saute on low flame. Chilly powder should be spicy. Now add tamarind paste n saute well. Boil well. Add boiled and gashed eggs. Mix well. Add salt. Boil. Enjoy with rice or rice roti or phulkas
