Egg Burji

Egg Burji - Seema Mallya


Ingredients: 

5 egg 1 big onion finely chopped 2 greenchilly Coriyander leaves fine chopped Salt Method: In a pan heat oil, once oil is hot add onion, green chilly cook till the onions become translucent, then add tometow cook for another couple of minutes. Add salt, now add the egg & stir constantly & cook till the eggs dry upto desired consistency. Finally add coriyander leaves & serve hot with toasted breaf or chapati. Egg bull's eye for kids: Ingredients: 1Egg 1tbs butter Pich pepper powder Salt Method: Break the egg into the pan cook on low heat sprinkle salt & pepper powder garnish with capcicum, cook untill eggs is set to your liking / serve immidietly. This is the funny way to make it a little more intresting for the kids...
