Egg Biriyani


Egg Biriyani - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Boil 1 tsp Khuskhus n grind to a fine paste with ginger + garlic+ coriander+jeera+pepper+dal
chini+lavang+cardamom.. prepare a paste of cashewnuts.. Heat ghee or oil n fry chopped onions.. add turmeric, pudina + coriander leaves , green chillies n saute add the ground masala n tomatoes lastly add cashew paste add chicken or mutton or veggies.. ( If adding eggs add the boiled one ) n cook till done n almost dry gravy.. Now prepare the biryani rice as usual adding the whole garam masala items..chopped onions n tomatoes n green chillies If the gravy is not completely dry add it to the biryani rice while adding the hot water.. now layer the rice with the gravy n seal tight n cook for 5 mins. on slow fire or microwave it...
