Duddi Kath Katho

Duddi Kath Katho - Seema Mallya
Ingredients:
4cups yellow pumpkin (skin peeled and diced into chunks)
2 Green chillys
1 cup grated coconut
3-4 long redchilly
2-3 small red chilly
2tbs tamarind extract
4-5 dry teppal seeds removed (its konkani spice)
Salt

Method:
* Boil the pumpkin with salt & green chilly keep it a side
* Make the masala using grated coconut, red chilly & tamarind grind upto smooth paste.
* Add masala to the cooked pumpkin now add teppal to the boiling curry let it simmer & cook for next 5 min.
* Serve hot with rice aur roti.
