Bangda Fish Fry

Bangda Fish Fry - Seema Mallya

Ingredients:
2 bangda fish cut into 1 by 3
4-5tbs red chilly powder
1tbs coriyander powder
1/4tbs turmeric powder
1tbs besan
1/2tbs hing
1/2cup rice rawa
1/4cup rice floar
Salt


Method:


* Clean and cut the fish into small pieces, In a vessel marinate the fish in chilly powder, coriyander powder, turmeric powder, besan, hing. Keep this about an 30min
* Heat oil dip fish in rice rawa & rice floar mix..to coat on both sides then deep fry till crisp and brown
* Serve hot
