Dali Thoy

Dali Thoy - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients; Half pav thur dhal, 6 green chillies, 3 red chillies, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsps oil, few curry leaves, asafoetida water, (hing water) salt to taste.

Method: Wash thur daal thoroughly. Add 3 to 4 cup of water, pressure cook till soft. Add slit green chillies and continue cooking for sometime. Add salt. Remove from flame when done. Season with red chillies, mustard and curry leaves in oil. Finally add a few drops of asafoetida water.
