Dal Hariyali


Dal Hariyali -  Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients:  

1 cup turdal soak for half an hour. Then add 1teaspoon haldi, 2teaspoon salt & pressure cook the dal. Half bunch mint leaves, Half bunch coriander leaves, & few palak leaves, 2 green chillies,  all these ingredients put in to the mixer and make a smooth paste

Method: 

In a pan put some refined oil. Then put 1 teaspoon jeera, when it splutters add finely chopped garlic and then add chopped onions. When the onions are transparent add finely chopped green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes. Then add boiled turdal and palak mint paste. Boil for 5 minutes. Lastly add 2 teaspoon lime juice.
